M-F 7:45am to 5:30pmServices
- We have a full lab and can do hbA1C testing as well as any labs required. We also have audiometry booths for hearing and can do spirometry onsite at both locations. We are a full service Occupational Medicine company and do injuries
- including x-ray services onsite. We do Hazmat Physicals
- Asbestos Physicals
- Respirator clearances
- Pre-employment/Post Offer testing
- Fit for duty/Return to work and multiple kinds of Functional Physical Testing. We provide drug tests of all kinds including urine collection
- hair collection
- saliva
- blood draws
- and breath alcohol. We have on-call drug testing for after hours testing for accidents
- randoms and reasonable suspiction.

Biography
Lieslie Abrham, MBA, MSN, FNP- BC is an Occupational Medicine and Family Nurse Practitioner providing DOT exams as well as a variety of of other exams which are routinely seen in Occupational Medicine. She has a background in Family medicine and Emergency Medicine. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.NRCME Number: 1892740534
