Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TeamCME (“TeamCME,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information obtained through TeamCME.com.
TeamCME is a registered trade name of JAM Medical, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By visiting or using this website, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Information We Collect
A. Visitors and Drivers
You may browse TeamCME.com without creating an account. When you click a phone number or scheduling link, that interaction occurs directly with the listed provider’s system. With your browser’s permission, we may collect approximate location data to help you find nearby clinics. We also collect non-identifiable usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through analytics tools.
B. Providers, Members, and Students
When you register for training, memberships, or paid services, we may collect:
-
Contact and account information (name, email, business address, phone number, etc.)
-
Login credentials for your training or membership portal
-
Business and clinic information for directory listings or membership services
TeamCME requests and collects only the last four digits of a Social Security number or license number when required for consortium compliance processing.
All payment data are processed through PCI-compliant providers; TeamCME does not collect or store full payment-card numbers or full Social Security numbers.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party, PCI-compliant payment providers such as QuickBooks Payments and Stripe.
For online memberships and subscriptions, card information is handled directly by the processor and stored as a secure payment token, not as full card data on our servers.
For lab or consortium billing, payment information may be collected by phone and entered directly into QuickBooks Payments by an authorized TeamCME representative.
TeamCME receives only transaction confirmation details (such as amount, date, and last four digits).
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information only as necessary to:
-
Provide, support, and improve our services and training programs
-
Communicate account or transactional updates
-
Fulfill consortium and compliance administration for members
-
Generate aggregated, non-identifiable industry insights (e.g., average DOT exam fees)
We do not sell personal information or allow unaffiliated third parties to use it for their own marketing.
5. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. While no system is completely secure, safeguards are appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill its purpose or meet legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only with trusted service providers needed to operate our business—such as learning-management platforms, payment processors, analytics vendors, and consortium software. These partners are bound by confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this Policy.
TeamCME does not sell personal information.
7. Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking
We use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use our site and to improve performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage or decline cookies through your browser settings or our site’s cookie banner.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by phone at (541) 276-6032. We may retain limited records as required by law or legitimate business needs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may request deletion or opt-out of certain sharing.
Requests can be submitted by phone at (541) 276-6032. We will verify and respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
