How long will it take to get referrals?
Once your listing is live, people using TeamCME can find and contact your business. How quickly that turns into referrals depends on your location, the services you offer, and local demand.
In areas where TeamCME already has an established search presence, your listing can benefit from that visibility. In newer markets, it takes time to build visibility and attract people searching for services in your area.
Our goal is to help customers discover your business when they need a DOT physical, drug test, or alcohol test. We can’t promise a first-referral date or a specific number of customers.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime by logging into your TeamCME account.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days, your membership renews at $44/month for Standard or $84/month for Premium unless you cancel. Review your selected plan and first billing date at checkout.
What does Premium add to Standard?
Premium includes all Standard membership benefits, plus listings for multiple eligible business locations and 20% off eligible store products. Choose based on your listing needs and the products you buy.
Does membership include training courses?
Membership includes practical guides, reference materials, forms, and resources to help you do your work. Paid video training and certification courses are purchased separately.
How do I access the assistants and resources?
Through your TeamCME member center. The DOT exam and drug testing assistants provide on-demand help, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also find member guides and other practical resources there.
Can I join if I’m a mobile collector?
Yes. Mobile collectors are welcome. Your listing describes the services you bring to customers and the areas you serve. You do not need a storefront to join.
Do I have to perform DOT physicals?
No. Membership also serves drug and alcohol testing locations and mobile collectors. The drug testing assistant, directory listing, and relevant savings support testing providers; DEE and examiner resources support those performing DOT physicals.
What happens right after I join?
You’ll go directly to setting up your provider information. After that, you can visit your member center to access your assistants, guides, and other membership resources.
Are consortium services available?
Yes. Members interested in offering consortium services can review the available services, scope, and separate pricing.
