Our Services

Reliable, Consistent Motor Carrier & Driver Helpful® Physical Exams.

In the interest of public safety, CMV drivers are held to higher physical, mental, and emotional standards than passenger car drivers. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrations (FMCSA) requires all interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers to receive regular physical examinations, ensuring that a person is medically qualified to safely operate a CMV. These physical examinations are performed in accordance with DOT regulations. We use first class, cutting-edge technology to provide total DOT program management, including DOT physical exams.

Use TeamCME’s Randomized Testing Consortium.

Don’t waste your time trying to ensure that your random drug testing programs are compliant! You need collection site management of your drug-screening program. We offer an automated drug-testing administration process that randomly cycles through employee names to select candidates for the required randomized drug and alcohol testing. We then notify managers which names have been pulled and provide details.

You’ll never again have to worry whether you are meeting the requirements of random drug compliance because our system tracks your status for you!

We have developed a responsible decision-making protocol for sleep apnea screening, based on the FMCSA bulletin and medical review board recommendations. In partnership with Interstate Sleep Apnea Solutions, drivers can have a home sleep study in the comfort of their own bed (or truck) where they have a better chance of actually sleeping. This test takes less than a week and costs only $250.
