Biography
Dr. O’Toole is a long time Columbia resident having attended St. Joseph's Elementary School before graduating from Cardinal Newman High School. He earned an A.S. and became an R.T.(R) prior to earning his B.H.S. from the Medical University of South Carolina. He then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude and second in his class while earning his D.C. from Sherman College of Chiropractic. Having been in practice for nearly ten years, Dr. O’Toole is now also performing D.O.T. physicals with the same level of care and expertise that has driven PRO Chiropractic and Performance.NRCME Number: 9070529453
