- PearlMed DPC is a Family Medical Center and has board certified family physicians. The clinic is a monthly membership cash model just like a gym membership. The only services that we offer without a membership are the DOT Physical and Sport Physicals.

Biography
Dr. Wagenaar, MD grew up in Big Timber Montana, attended and graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Microbiology, Bobcats forever! He completed Medical School at the University of Washington in Seattle. He then had the privilege of completing a 3 year residency at Puget Sound Family Medicine Residency at the Naval Hospital Bremerton. While in the Navy, He had the distinct opportunity to care for Sailors (occasional Airmen and Marines) and their families at Keflavik Naval Air Station in Iceland. After the Navy, Dr. Wagenaar returned to Montana and has practiced in several settings in rural Montana and Billings.Dr. Wagenaar cherishes his life beyond measure, he states “I wake up every day to a great wife and family that means the world to me. I have been blessed to call Montana my home for my entire life.” He has four beautiful children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his new grandson, fishing, growing his vineyard with his wife Victoria & continuing to better PearlMed DPC everyday to better the lives of the people who are his patients of the practice. Dr. Wagenaar’s career has spanned over 24 years, “ I am so blessed by my Creator to have been called to the field of Family Medicine. Welcome to our family at PearlMed DPC.”
