Biography
Dr. Woodward, DC is a National Registry Certified Medical Examiner performing CDL Physical exams for Commercial Drivers.Graduated Bowling Green High School ('82)
Attended Western Kentucky University and University of Kentucky for Pre-Chiropractic Curriculum Requirements (1982-1985)
Graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic (1988) - A four year Academic Curriculum www.palmer.edu
Licensed to practice Chiropractic in Kentucky and began active practice in Bowling Green, KY (1989)
Completed a 36-month (3-year) course curriculum in Chiropractic Orthopedics (1991)
Certified and Registered as a Medical Examiner for Federal D.O.T. Physical Qualifications and Examinations for truck and bus drivers. (2013)
Appointments:
(April 1995 to present) Appointed by the KY Worker's Compensation Commissioner as a charter member of the Worker's Compensation Chiropractic Peer Review Committee
(August 2000 to present) Appointed by Gov. Paul Patton, Re-Appointed by Gov. Ernie Fletcher and Gov. Steve Beshear to serve as a member of the KY State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, (Presently serving as President of the Board). kbce.ky.gov
