Our office is conveniently located along I-84 with a dedicated exit (Exit 71) and offers free parking for over 150 trucks. Waypoint Wellness has partnered with the historic Boise Stage Stop to provide the most stress-free DOT physical experience in the Pacific Northwest. Our clinic is situated on the second floor, right next to the drivers’ lounge and gym.

Dr. Matt has a strong family background in commercial driving and brings over five years of specialized experience in providing DOT physical exams. Whether you are starting your career as a commercial driver or looking to renew your DOT medical card, Waypoint Wellness is committed to delivering efficient and relevant examinations tailored for today’s truck drivers.
Our approach emphasizes the prevention of common health issues faced by professionals on the road. We believe that truck drivers deserve exceptional care that exceeds standard offerings. Our mission is to make wellness care accessible to the entire trucking community.
To enhance your experience, we offer both walk-in appointments and online scheduling. You can complete our intake forms and driver history before your appointment or in our waiting room, which only takes a few minutes. Furthermore, we can submit documents to the state DMV on your behalf (where permitted) and assist with document preparation, helping you avoid a trip to the DMV whenever possible.
