Biography
Dr. Celestine Parker is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Celestine graduated from UAB in 2009 with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2002.
