Biography
Dr. Blackwell has been helping patients at Casa View Chiropractic Clinic since 1995. He is dedicated to providing Fair, Ethical, Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exams for Commercial Truck Drivers (CDL Physical Exam). Dr. Blackwell is a chiropractic orthopedist, a distinction attained with a diplomate in Orthopedics from the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists and, most recently, has attained certification as a Nurse Practitioner.NRCME Number: 9804561564
