Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Personalized Advertising Page?

Your personalized advertising page is a powerful tool for attracting new patients to your practice. This page is designed to appeal to truck drivers in your area, and it’s optimized to get them to call your office or schedule an appointment online.

When truck drivers visit your personalized advertising page, they’ll learn more about your office and why you’re the best choice for their DOT physicals or DOT Drug Tests. They’ll also see clear calls to action that make it easy for them to get in touch with you.

The personalized advertising page on our website can help you generate more leads and referrals and grow your DOT practice.

How Can a TeamCME Membership Give Me the Ability to Provide Consortium Services?

Most truck drivers must participate in a random drug testing pool, also known as a consortium. Large Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) are typically hired to randomly select drivers for drug and alcohol testing. Most Medical Examiners do not have the expertise or capital to start their own consortium.

Through your TeamCME membership, you can offer the same consortium services to transportation companies of all sizes. You provide us with some information about the driver or company, and we add them to a randomized pool. Unlike other TPAs, you maintain the relationship with the driver.

You set the price, and we provide all the back-office services and notify you when a driver needs to be tested for drugs or alcohol. If you want to learn more go to our Consortium FAQ page.

How Much Are the Discounts on Drug Testing Lab Services?

Most truck drivers need to be drug tested, so it makes good sense for Medical Examiners to offer drug testing and consortium services.

Every month, TeamCME members send thousands of drug tests to our preferred lab for urinalysis. We have negotiated volume discounts and pass the savings on to our members. Some of our members have seen their lab fees decrease by over 40%, but the amount of savings will vary depending on the type of test and the number of tests performed.

I Can Call or Email TeamCME Regarding Drive Qualification Determinations?
