Yes! Both Simple Physical and DOT Exam Expert come with a free 1 month trial.
Do I Get Free Access to Simple Physical if I am a Member of TeamCME?
For Simple Physical, all TeamCME members receive a monthly $10 discount after their free trial month.
For DOT Exam Expert, all TeamCME premium members only pay $1 per month.
Am I required to sign a contract to use Simple Physical or DOT Exam Expert?
No. Both products are a month-to-month subscription.
Is DOT Exam Expert an electronic health record?
DOT Exam Expert is not an electronic health record. Our sister company, Simple Physical, is an EHR specifically for DOT physical exams. With DEE built in, it is an excellent tool for examiners wanting guidance and an EHR in one.
My staff assists me with my exams. Do they need their own subscription to Simple Physical?
You can share your login credentials with staff members so they can use your account. Please note that if another medical examiner uses the same account, the exam will be submitted as the account owner. This is against FMCSA regulations.
Does Simple Physical alert drivers to their certificate expiration date?
Yes! Drivers can view their countdown to certificate expiration in the driver portal. As part of our product roadmap, we plan to allow drivers and employers to receive periodic emails or text messages when the drivers near their expiration date.
Can Simple Physical send a copy of the driver’s medical certificate to their employer?
If the driver provides their employer’s email address, Simple Physical will send a copy of the medical certificate directly to them.
Does Simple Physical have a company portal?
They have a driver portal and the driver can opt to share their information with their employer.
What happens to my exams if I stop using Simple Physical?
You own your data. You will be able to download all your exams and data from the exam archive for 30 days after you cancel your subscription.
