What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Dr. Woods is a FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner. He was born in Jackson, MS. He attended the University of Mississippi and earned a Bachelor of Science in clinical biology in December 2004. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in human biology and graduated with his doctorate of Chiropractic in April of 2008, as an (I.H.S.). Dr. Woods is a Doctor of Internal Health specialist, specializing in nutrition and digestive enzymes. He was honored to serve as a primary care physician on staff at John Cockren VA Hospital in St. Louis, MO from 2007 to 2008, providing care to veterans.
Dr. Woods spent the first year as a chiropractor visiting the best Chiropractic corrective care offices in the country. He won an internship treating patients with advanced scoliosis utilizing the Clear Institute of Scoliosis Correction technique. He has seen patients’ scoliosis go from over 37 degrees to under 12 degrees in a two-week intensive care plan.
Dr. Woods is a nationally certified primary care physician for the DOT and FMCSA, making him one of the most qualified to perform a DOT physical/Medical certificate. He is also a federal chain of custody and control form certified drug screener/tester, which allows him to run a consortium. Dr. Woods is skilled in various adjustment techniques and has assisted patients from 1 day to 97 years of age. He has worked with high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes and has advanced training in diagnosing and treating whiplash and industrial injuries.
