What is a Driver Helpfulยฎ DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Dr. O’Toole, a lifelong Columbia resident, attended St. Josephโs Elementary and graduated from Cardinal Newman High School. He earned his A.S. and became a registered radiologic technologist (R.T.(R)) before completing his B.H.S. at the Medical University of South Carolina. He later graduatedย Summa Cum Laudeย and second in his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from Sherman College.
Certified by theย National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME), Dr. O’Toole has been performingย DOT physicals for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driversย for over three years. He is fully trained, tested, and federally certified to ensure drivers meet all Department of Transportation health requirements.
In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. O’Toole holds a Level One Certification from theย Titleist Performance Institute, combining his passion for golf with helping others improve their performance.
When not in the clinic, he enjoys family life with his wife and three children.
