About the provider
Dr. O’Toole, a lifelong Columbia resident, attended St. Joseph’s Elementary and graduated from Cardinal Newman High School. He earned his A.S. and became a registered radiologic technologist (R.T.(R)) before completing his B.H.S. at the Medical University of South Carolina. He later graduated Summa Cum Laude and second in his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from Sherman College.
Certified by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME), Dr. O’Toole has been performing DOT physicals for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers for over three years. He is fully trained, tested, and federally certified to ensure drivers meet all Department of Transportation health requirements.
In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. O’Toole holds a Level One Certification from the Titleist Performance Institute, combining his passion for golf with helping others improve their performance.
When not in the clinic, he enjoys family life with his wife and three children.
