Dr. Reid was born in Howard County and grew up on a farm east of Big Spring. He graduated from Coahoma High School and has been married to Tessa since 1992. Dr. Reid is an active participant in Little League and community events and has served on the Coahoma Independent School District school board for 18 years, mostly as board president. He has three sons: Reagan, Ryan, and Riley.

From I-20, take Highway 87 South to Martin Luther King Drive. At the stoplight, turn left (East). When you reach the stop sign, turn right onto Scurry Street.
