Rod performs DOT physicals and CDL DOT physical exams for CMV and CDL drivers at two Chicagoland locations — Buffalo Grove and Lake Zurich, IL — serving Arlington Heights, Palatine, Wheeling, Vernon Hills, Mundelein, Long Grove, and Barrington.
Every provider in our practice is an NRCME-certified DOT medical examiner, credentialed to perform DOT physical exams and issue your DOT medical card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) on-site the same day you pass. With 20+ years of experience, Rod holds an MSN from Loyola University Chicago, is Illinois-licensed and AANP-certified, and is fluent in English, Russian, and Polish for Chicagoland's Eastern European driver community.
