Dr. Tad Scarbrough, DC, is a Certified Medical Examiner offering DOT physicals for commercial drivers across East Arkansas. With small-town roots, over 20 years of clinical experience, and a deep respect for the working men and women who keep America moving, Dr. Scarbrough makes getting your CDL medical card fast, and stress-free.
Raised in Pumpkin Bend, AR, Dr. Scarbrough spent his early years working for his dad’s crop-dusting service. When his father injured his back lifting a Stam barrel, surgery seemed like the only option—until a local chiropractor helped him fully recover without it. That experience inspired Dr. Scarbrough’s lifelong mission: to help others heal naturally and stay strong enough to do the work they love. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Zoology and graduating magna cum laude from Life University in Atlanta with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Scarbrough launched his first practice in 2000. He is nationally board certified, has passed the difficult Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine exam, and holds a post-doctoral diploma in Clinical Neuroscience from the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies.
Today, Dr. Scarbrough offers FMCSA-compliant DOT exams and chiropractic care in Brinkley, Wynne, and Forrest City, AR. His clinics serve truck drivers, farmers, and hard-working families throughout the region.

Dr. Scarbrough is an active member of the Arkansas Chiropractic Society, the American Chiropractic Association, and the First Chiropractic Physicians Association of America. He has also served as adjunct faculty at East Arkansas Community College (EACC) and Mid-South Community College, where he taught biology. Outside the clinic, Dr. Scarbrough enjoys life with his wife Shelby and their adopted twins, Jackson and Addison.
