Dr. Annette Stevko is an FMCSA-certified medical examiner in the National Registry, a chiropractic sports physician, and an examiner for the National Chiropractic Board licensing exams, with over 35 years of experience. She is a Titleist golf fitness instructor and Medical Level 3 provider, offering care to the LPGA (women's professional golf tour), Men's and Women's USGA major tournaments, Olympic swimmers, ice skaters, golfers, and boxers.

Dr. Stevko continues to serve private pay patients and offers quality DOT physicals. In 2020, she and her husband, Tim Frary, founded the DOT Exam Center, providing professional and efficient DOT physicals.
