Dr. Jesse Ploessl is dedicated to restoring health and wellness to his patients through personalized care plans. Whether seeking pain relief or optimal wellness, he customizes treatments to fit individual needs.
Dr. Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in November 2003. He continually broadens his knowledge through continuing education and evaluating new healthcare technologies and research.
With experience in private practice and integrated health care clinics in the Twin Cities, Dr. Jesse specializes in pain management, auto and work injuries, and wellness care. He has a special interest in Softwave Therapy (Shockwave) for pain management and injury rehab. He is also a certified medical examiner for DOT physical exams.
Dr. Jesse lives in Cottage Grove with his wife Christina and their two children. He is actively involved in the Plymouth Lions Club and enjoys softball, biking, and outdoor activities. He believes that small, consistent positive health choices can lead to substantial improvements in well-being. Since 2015, Dr. Jesse has provided thousands of DOT exams in the metro area.
