SampleStride Screening Services is a mobile screening business based in Highland, Illinois, serving individuals, employers and fleets throughout the Metro East area, with Greater St. Louis visits by arrangement. Owner Bridgett Walters has prior experience performing DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol collections in 2016–2017. Mobile services include DOT urine drug testing and breath alcohol testing at the customer’s location. Rates are $75 for a DOT urine drug test and $55 for breath alcohol screening, plus a $65 scheduled mobile visit fee or $150 urgent/after-hours dispatch fee, subject to availability and confirmed travel arrangements.
