Northwest Aviation Medicine, PLLC

Our clinic provides professional DOT and CDL medical exams, BasicMed exams, bus driver exams, school and sports physicals, aviation medical services, and medical consultations.

Led by Dr. Keith Lemmon, a recently retired U.S. Army Colonel and commercial instrument-rated pilot, our team combines medical expertise, military experience, and real-world aviation knowledge to provide thorough, efficient, and respectful care. Dr. Lemmon is joined by Dr. Reema Sikka, MD, MPH, Senior HIMS AME and board-certified Occupational and Preventive Medicine physician, and Zarah Pulfrey, PA-C, a board-certified Physician Assistant, special issuance case manager, retired military officer, and commercial pilot.

We are proud to serve commercial drivers, pilots, students, athletes, and professionals throughout the South Sound. Drug and alcohol testing services will be available soon.

Finding Our Gig Harbor / TIW Office

Our office is located at Tacoma Narrows Airport (TIW), 1080 26th Ave NW, Hangar B-11, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. We are on the south end of the airport, past the Hub and the museum.

As you drive south on 26th Ave NW, continue past the Hub and museum area. The airport gate will be on your right. After entering through the gate, parking is immediately to the right, next to the water towers, in the designated visitor parking spaces.

Please do not park in front of or beside other hangars, as those spaces are privately owned. After parking, follow the painted walkway/crosswalk through the airport grounds to our hangar. Our clinic is located in Hangar B-11.

NOTE: Semi-truck parking is available outside the airport gate along 26th Ave NW, alongside the airport. Drivers arriving in a semi should park outside the gate, then walk through the gate area and follow the marked walkway/crosswalk to our office in Hangar B-11. Please call us if you need assistance finding the clinic or navigating from your parking location.
