About the office
My Medical Occupational Health Clinic – Plymouth provides convenient occupational medicine and workplace health services for employers and employees throughout Plymouth and the western Twin Cities. Services include work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, occupational health examinations, and other employer-directed medical services.
Our Plymouth clinic is conveniently located at 12805 Highway 55, Suite 125, Plymouth, MN 55441, near Highway 55 and County Road 6, with large , semi friendly , convenient free parking and easy access for employees and employers.
Walk-in and employer-referred patients are welcome. Please call ahead at (651) 340-1445 for availability or assistance.
