About the provider
Dr. Danny Murray was raised in rural Crawford County, Pennsylvania, in a small farming community of about 1,500 people. He earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State University, a master's degree from the University of Kentucky, and a doctorate from Cleveland University, Kansas City. Dr. Danny married Dr. Sclie Griffie-Murray (pronounced See-lee) in Burdett, Kansas, in 2000. The couple moved to LaCrosse, Kansas, where they taught at LaCrosse High School before pursuing chiropractic.
The Murrays enjoy their four pug dogs: Snoopy, Remy-Boudreaux, Ruby-Sue, and Ivy. Both devout Christians, they have a heart for mission work. Dr. Danny enjoys shooting, fishing, weightlifting, collecting antique license plates, and gardening. Before coming to Great Bend, he completed extensive postgraduate work in the Kansas City metro area, including a rotation at the Kansas City Free Clinic.
Dr. Danny is a licensed chiropractor in Kansas, approved by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is a member of the Kansas Chiropractic Association. He received the Cleveland University Clinic Service Award upon completing his chiropractic training. With over ten years of experience performing DOT physicals, Dr. Danny is a consistent advocate for safety in the trucking and agriculture industries.
