About the provider

Dr. Lance O'Connor is a Certified Medical Examiner in the national registry and has been performing DOT Physicals for years in the Santa Rosa, CA area. Dr. O'Connor graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College-west in 1992 and became a Certified Medical Examiner and a certified urine collector in 2014. He is happily married to Ashley Bello and a proud father of a son and identical twin girls. When not treating patients, performing physicals, or chasing his kids around, he enjoys playing a round of golf or racquetball.

About the office

The clinic is conveniently located at the south end of Santa Rosa, easily accessible from Highway 101 and Highway 12. If you are coming from Highway 101 North, take Highway 12 East. After that, exit at S. E Street and turn left onto E. Street. Drive approximately three blocks, then turn right onto Vallejo Street. The clinic is situated at the corner of S. E Street and Vallejo Street.
