Marilyn Bellamy is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C) and a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Certified Medical Examiner, specializing in DOT physical exams and CDL medical certifications for commercial drivers.

With more than 10 years of clinical experience, Marilyn provides fast, accurate, and compliant DOT physical examinations designed to keep drivers on the road and employers in compliance with federal regulations. She understands the unique health demands of CDL drivers, truck drivers, and fleet operators, delivering exams that are both efficient and thorough.

As the founder of Infinite Health & Wellness Clinic, Marilyn focuses on providing driver-focused occupational health services, minimizing downtime while ensuring full adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) medical requirements. Her approach combines evidence-based care, preventive health services, and personalized evaluations to support long-term driver wellness and safety.

Marilyn works closely with individuals and companies to ensure drivers remain qualified, medically certified, and road-ready, while also addressing common concerns such as high blood pressure, chronic conditions, and overall fitness for duty.

We are located off of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard (SR 60): travel south on South Highland Avenue for approximately 1 mile. The clinic is located on the east side of South Highland Avenue, just south of Druid Road and easily accessible from downtown Clearwater.
