About the provider

Dr. Keith Okerstrom, founder of Convoy CDL Exam and Wellness, created a clinic to offer flexible scheduling, time-saving technology, and cost-effective solutions after years of examining drivers and addressing their health concerns. Convoy CDL Exam and Wellness operates seven days a week, partners with TeamCME, and offers online scheduling.

Dr. Okerstrom continually invests in exam education, onsite equipment, and communication improvements. He is an experienced FMCSA medical examiner and a 2005 graduate of the University of Western States with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

About the office

From I-5, take Exit 286 for Elligsen Road/Boones Ferry Road. Turn west onto SW Boones Ferry Road (follow signs for Boones Ferry Road S). Then, turn right onto SW Pioneer Court. You will see a large sign on the building that reads “www.CDLcard.com.” For reference, our office is located across the freeway from Costco.
