Annette Clemente Chiropractic, LLC

Dr. Annette Clemente has been in practice since 1996 in Washington, Pennsylvania. She has performed numerous medical card physicals for commercial DOT / CDL, non-CDL and school bus drivers. Dr. Clemente extended her knowledge by becoming proficient in the collections for the DOT required drug and alcohol testing. Obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996, Dr. Clemente Graduated with cum laude honors. She is a WVU alumni where she completed her bachelors degree. Dr. Annette has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced care. Dr. Clemente is an active member of the following professional associations: Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, West Virginia Chiropractic Society, International Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, Palmer Alumni Foundation, West Virginia University Alumni Association women's business network, Alpha Xi Delta sorority, Alumni Sigma Phi Chi sorority alumni. Qualifications: licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in Pennsylvania and West Virginia Chiropractic wellness specialist.

Our facility is conveniently located just off I-70's Chestnut Street exit, approximately 1/4 mile on the right at 1971 West Chestnut Street in Washington, PA.
