Adam S. Mozdzien is a disciplined, motivated, and detail-oriented physician licensed by the state of Illinois Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He possesses in-depth knowledge and experience with the principles, methods and procedures needed to effectively diagnose and treat illness. He has more than 12 years of experience in hospital and clinical settings.

He has successfully provided quality care to thousands of patients in the clinical healthcare environment. He worked for Central Dupage Hospital (Voted Top 100 hospitals of the Nation), while also specializing in in-patient clinical counseling.

He is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with pre-med and social sciences focus.

Graduate of National University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic. 

We are located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story brown business building in-between Walgreens and Presence Immediate Care Center. There are two stair cases leading up to the office and an elevator located at the main entrance of the building.
