Laminated Medical Examiner's Certificate (Tri-Fold Version). Measurements: 7.75" x 3.5"
This Tri-fold version of the self-laminating MEC uses the same height to width proportions as MECs that are being sold by other suppliers. Because this version does not strictly meet the FMCSA and OMB height and width proportions and stretches the printed formatting, we refer to this version as "Not Fully FMCSA Compliant". However, this form has never been rejected.
It features a laminated "original" copy for the driver, and a non-laminated copy for the medical examiner or motor carrier. This tri-fold design is for easy keeping in a wallet (slightly larger than a credit card). Instructions regarding the "easy to perform" self-lamination procedure are provided on a tear-away tab.
