Semitruck parking is possible across the street at the northeastern corner of State Hwy 21 & State Hwy 22 in the WWII Memorial Building lot. Office physical location is directly on the south side of Main Street (Hwy 21) with vehicle parking at the Wetlands Park Lot to the west.

The office performs DOT Physicals, drug and alcohol testing, admin services like consortium management & more, and the doctor even performs walk-in chiropractic adjustments for $35.
