Biography
Dr. Shellie N. Smithย leadsย Healthcare Solutionsย as a caring Licensed Chiropractor known for her gentle approach. She holds a BA in Kinesiology-Wellness Management and Psychology from Houston Baptist University, where she earned three Dean’s List Honors and played basketball on a scholarship. Dr. Smith continued her education at Texas Chiropractic College, obtaining a BS in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic, along with three Deanโs List Certifications and Omega Psi Honor Society Credentialing.
With over 5200 class hours in Health, Nutrition, Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, X-Ray, Wellness, and Chiropractic, Dr. Smith is part of a trusted network of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Orthopedics, ENT’s, and Cardiologists. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the American Black Chiropractic Association, and the Texas Chiropractic Association.
As a Nationally Certified Medical Examiner, Dr. Smith performs DOT physicals for commercial truck drivers to ensure safety on the highways. She is passionate about helping Veterans through VA Assistance Programs, providing ChiroCare without financial barriers.
Dr. Smith’s philanthropic efforts focus on Kenya and Ghana, supporting organizations that use recycled materials to create African jewelry, funding essential operations for families. She believes Chiropractic is her calling, a skill in her family for over 30 years, and feels honored to serve Houston residents with her gifted hands.
