Jeffrey l. Shirley DC, CME Dr. Shirley is a Certified Medical Examiner in the national registry. Dr. Shirley Obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, Pasadena Texas in December 1988 and completed his CME training through the NRCME training institute in march 2014. He became a in April 2014. Dr. Shirley has provided over 10,000+ DOT certified physicals since December 2013, and is tremendously qualified to perform DOT physical examinations. Dr. Shirley has practiced in Duncanville, TX, Pearland, TX, Cleveland, TX, corpus Christi, TX, Tyler, TX and currently in the dfw area.
