Biography
Dr. Dolter has been a Certified Medical Examiner providing DOT physical exams for commercial drivers since 2017. He offers both CDL and non-CDL physical exams for drivers. Born and raised in Ellwood City, he graduated from college and earned his chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic. Dr. Dolter has been practicing in Ellwood City for over 30 years.
