Gangemi Chiropractic

Born and raised in Dover, NJ, Dr. Carmine Gangemi has been licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic since 2000. He holds chiropractic licenses in both New Jersey and California. Prior to establishing his practice in Dover in March 2020, he practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Venice, California, for over 20 years. During that time, he worked with many top athletes and Hollywood Celebrities. Dr. Gangemi graduated from the Los Angeles Campus of Cleveland Chiropractic College and has a B.S. degree in Adult Fitness/Exercise Science from Montclair State University. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and holds several U.S. patents on exercise-related devices. Dr. Gangemi is certified by the University of Florida’s Center for Exercise Science using the MedX Lumbar Extension Medical Device. The design of the MedX therapeutic exercise machine safely isolates the muscles of the lower back. This allows targeted conditioning of the human spine’s commonly weak and injured area. Because the device is computerized, an accurate assessment of an individual’s capacity for strength and true lumbar flexibility can be achieved. This also allows for thorough reassessment following a course of therapy. Dr. Gangemi is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and is qualified to provide DOT Physicals for Drivers of Commercial Vehicles.
