Our location is at the southeast corner of I-35 and County Road 70, conveniently situated at the Mega Stop Truck Stop on the south end of Lakeville, MN. We are just 20 minutes from either St. Paul or Minneapolis. To get here, take Exit 81 East and turn into the McDonald’s/Motel 6 entrance. We are located behind the hotel in a strip mall that includes Subway, Baldy’s Barbecue, and other businesses.

What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?

Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.

Dr. Weimer has an evidence-informed approach to patient care based on structure, movement and function. Of the spine and extremities. Dr. Weimer is a graduate of the u of Minnesota and northwestern College of Chiropractic. He’s also a veteran of the u.s. Army Health services.
