What is a Driver Helpfulยฎ DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Dr. Henderson graduated from Somerset High School in 1990 and completed his undergraduate studies at Somerset Community College and the University of Kentucky. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1997.
Certified as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, Dr. Henderson has extensive training in physical fitness and sports injury treatment. He also holds certifications in Whiplash Injuries, Traction/Distraction techniques, Prenatal Care, Physiotherapy, and Dry Needling.
Dr. Henderson is on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) and is certified for DOT and non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing. He performs physicals and drug testing through Health & Professional Services, LLC, located next to Henderson Chiropractic.
Appointed to the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners (KBCE) in 2017 by Governor Matt Bevin and reappointed in 2020 by Governor Andy Beshear, Dr. Henderson is a member of the Kentucky Association Chiropractic (KAC), Kentucky Chiropractic Society (KCS), and American Chiropractic Association.
He joined the practice in 1997 and purchased it in 2006. Dr. Henderson resides in Somerset, KY, with his wife, Christi, and their three children, Chloe, Raegan, and Ross.
