Biography
Dr. Victor graduated from Upper Iowa University with a Bachelor of Science and Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1976. He then practiced with his father, Dr. Olaf Cooper D.C., in Russell Springs until he retired in 1999. He is currently practicing with two of his daughters. He has been nominated and honored with a number of awards by his peers and through the community. He has been married to his wife, Shirley, for 44 years.
