What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Born and raised in Springfield, Illinois, Dr. Curry has a passion for helping people live healthier, more active lives. After spending six years as a pharmacy technician, he discovered chiropractic care through his grandfather’s success in managing chronic low back pain naturally. Inspired by the results and patient-centered approach, he pursued a career in chiropractic to help others find lasting relief without relying solely on medication.
Dr. Curry provides personalized chiropractic care using a variety of techniques, including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Cox Flexion-Distraction, soft tissue therapy, and Activator® methods. He also incorporates rehabilitation exercises, wellness education, and nutritional guidance to help patients recover, prevent future injuries, and achieve optimal health.
In addition to chiropractic services, Dr. Curry performs DOT physicals, CDL medical exams, drug testing, and occupational health services for commercial drivers and local businesses. He is committed to helping individuals stay healthy, safe, and compliant with workplace and Department of Transportation requirements.
Outside the office, Dr. Curry enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, and spending time with his dog, Lulu. He also serves as an Adjunct Anatomy and Physiology Instructor at Heartland Community College and Lincoln Land Community College. Dr. Curry is proud to serve the Springfield community by providing chiropractic care, DOT physicals, drug testing, and natural healthcare solutions for patients of all ages.
