What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Dr. Patrick Moore is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College after earning a BS and a Doctorate in Chiropractic care and has been practicing in Ohio and Illinois since 2008. Having grown up in Galesburg, Dr. Moore and his wife were delighted to return to the area to launch this practice and raise their family.
Dr. Moore has been listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) for over 10 years. He is fully trained, tested, and certified to perform DOT physicals for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers
