What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Maitland Chiropractic, founded in 1980, is Maitland’s oldest chiropractic clinic. Located at 500 E Horatio Avenue, Dr. Channing C. Bolick has over 25 years of practice experience.
Dr. Bolick, author of Side Effects (2008), aims to help people without harmful drugs or surgery. He holds a Bachelor of Science from USC and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College.
Dr. Bolick earned a Master’s Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from National University of Health Sciences and has over 500 hours of clinical nutrition training. He is board eligible Diplomate, American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN).
Board Certified in Acupuncture, Dr. Bolick completed over 350 hours of post-doctorate acupuncture training. He is active in several chiropractic associations and the Maitland Rotary Club.
In 2006, Dr. Bolick received the “Miracle Award” for clinical excellence from Palmer College. His practice serves patients from birth to over 100 years old, using nutrition counseling and a holistic approach.
