Biography
Dr. Stephen M. Swaringen is the clinic director of Performance Spine & Sport Rehabilitation. As a Chiropractor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he is passionate about chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation therapy, nutrition, and fitness. Dr. Swaringen focuses on helping patients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Using a multi-faceted approach, Dr. Swaringen treats acute and chronic conditions, including sports injuries, repetitive stress disorders, postural disorders, work injuries, and auto accidents. His love for athletics drives his specialization in sports injuries, applying his knowledge to athletes at all levels.
Dr. Swaringen provides a strong support system, encouraging a positive attitude on the journey to health. He believes in pushing patients to new limits and overcoming challenges.
Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in chiropractic and physiotherapy, Dr. Swaringen is licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
