Biography
Dr. Connie Y. Chung, DC is a licensed chiropractor and FMCSA‑certified Medical Examiner with over 33 years of clinical experience. She provides DOT physical examinations to ensure commercial drivers meet all federal health and safety requirements. Dr. Chung earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West and founded Immanuel Chiropractic Clinic in Santa Clara, California, in 1992. Known for her thorough, professional, and efficient evaluations, Dr. Chung helps drivers stay compliant, healthy, and road‑ready with confidence.
