We are on the ground floor of the two story sage-green building across the parking lot from the Subway Sandwich shop and the Rocklin Florist Shop. There is a large parking lot behind he building (WalMart/Sherwin-Williams) that can accommodate Tractor/Trailer rigs.

What is a Driver Helpfulยฎ DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Our appointments are scheduled in advance to avoid waiting time and to allow drivers to securely provide their personal information for inclusion on the necessary federal forms (these are provided for their review and signature at the time of their exam by Better for Life Functional Medicine Center.
Upon certification, a copy of the exam form and an original certificate is provided for the $75 exam fee. Optional electronic DMV submittal and/or a wallet-sized mini-certificate are available at the time of the appointment at additional cost (explained in the intake form). You may schedule online or by phone.
Dr. Harriott provides DOT-required as well as non-DOT state-required physical exams. Drivers needing drug or alcohol testing are referred to ARC Point Labs (279) 300-2700 for lab testing at address 6681 Blue Oaks Blvd Suite 1, Rocklin, CA 95765.
