Biography
Norcal Drug and Alcohol Testing was established in 2017 to create an enhanced drug and alcohol testing platform. Our company is founded on accessibility, reliability, and accountability. We designed our services with the consumer in mind, offering drug and alcohol testing from in-house to mobile and on-site testing. In July of 2023 we moved into our own office at 201 D St Ste C, Marysville CA 95901 to better serve our clients.
People often inquire about how we came up with the idea, and it’s simple: we took an old-school approach and listened to our potential clients. One of the initial concerns our clients raised was the long waiting times for testing. In response, we extended our hours to accommodate truckers’ schedules and ensure minimal wait time for testing.
Another concern we addressed was the lack of communication between clients and their service agents. We answer the phone, return voicemails, and respond to emails. We often hear, “Wow, a real person.” We aim to make a good first impression, and answering the phone is a good place to start. If you do have to leave a voicemail or send an email, we will respond on the same day, as soon as possible.
Another thing that sets us apart from other C/TPAs is that we have integrated compliance services, collection sites, on-site testing, and mobile testing into one business. This adds additional convenience for our clients. You no longer need to scramble to find an on-site collector or look for an after-hours collector for a mobile post-accident test.
