What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Tanner Koon is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) serving the Upstate South Carolina community. Originally from Western North Carolina, he earned his BSN from Western Carolina University (2019) and spent four years as an Emergency Department nurse before completing his MSN-FNP in 2023. Tanner combines his emergency medicine background with a passion for primary care, preventive health, and integrative medicine, helping patients achieve long-term wellness through a holistic approach.
He also provides DOT physicals (Department of Transportation exams) for commercial drivers, offering convenient and reliable certification services. Tanner is dedicated to helping patients live healthier lives through personalized, compassionate care.
