What is a Driver Helpfulยฎ DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Dr. Schufeldt graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in December 1985, after completing pre-chiropractic studies at Mid-Plains Community College and Hastings College. He practiced as an Associate Doctor for Dr. Rex Wright in Topeka, Kansas from April 1986 to April 1987. In May 1987, Dr. Schufeldt and his wife, Jeannie, moved back to North Platte to establish Schufeldt Chiropractic Clinic. They have three daughters, Danae, Krista, and Erica, who have all helped with the office at times.
Dr. Schufeldt’s chiropractic philosophy is to get his patients well in as few treatments as possible.
Dr. Schufeldt holds licenses in both Nebraska and Kansas. He is a member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association and SecureCare of Nebraska. As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, he has worked with the ProSports Chiropractic Program since 1991, serving at numerous PRCA Rodeos across Nebraska and Kansas.
He is a lifetime member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, where he has served as both committee chair for the local chapter and State Chairman for several years. He is also a member of the North Platte Kiwanis, Masonic Lodge, and Shriners, and currently serves on the board of Hershey Teammates.
In his spare time, Dr. Schufeldt enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Schufeldt can complete your DOT physical. He is certified with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration and is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. He has been performing DOT physicals since 2013.
