What is a Driver Helpful® DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
For 25 years, I have been a trusted medical expert whom patients rely on to provide evidence-based treatments. My experience, education, and training have positioned me at the forefront of delivering honest medical testimony in legal cases.
My unique combination of clinical expertise in chiropractic and allopathic medicine gives me a unique view of a wide range of injuries. I’ve been trained in internal medicine, men’s health, and preventive occupational medicine at top university programs. Furthermore, my master’s level educational background in healthcare business (MBA), public health epidemiology (MPH), and biotechnology (MLA) separates me from many other physicians. I understand the need for a medical expert who can analyze a person’s complex medical condition with a 360-degree perspective and clearly communicate this information in reports and testimony to explain how a condition is related to a person’s injury and affects their personal and work life. I have conducted countless depositions and presented live testimony in magistrate, state, and federal courts. My experience working with the FBI yields a unique perspective on the investigative and complex medicolegal issues that arise in cases.
