What is a Driver Helpfulยฎ DOT Physical Exam?
Helping drivers is what we do. We know the medical requirements and we are interested in helping the driver maintain their livelihood. When needed, we steer drivers with medical conditions thru the requirements so they maintain a current CDL medical card.
Biography
Dr. Chris Bowers, a Cedar Rapids native, graduated cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in Professional Biology from Western Colorado University and an A.A. from Kirkwood Community College.
Dr. Bowers is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (C.C.E.P) and utilizes techniques like dry needling, cupping, and myofascial release. He employs Palmer Package adjusting techniques, including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, and Activator.
He has served as the district president and compliance committee chair of the Iowa Chiropractic Society (ICS) and is a member of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Bowers has been involved with the Cedar Rapids Titans, Cedar Rapids RAGE, and Hard Drive MMA as a team chiropractor.
In his free time, Dr. Bowers enjoys spending time with his family, water/snow skiing, working out, biking, and playing golf. He is a lifelong member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Marion, Iowa.
