Diane Bell-Cornish, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Demand Care Health & Wellness, serving Delaware and the surrounding region with comprehensive primary and occupational health services. With a strong clinical background in family medicine, urgent care, and workplace health, she is dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and evidence-based medical evaluations for commercial drivers and employer groups.
Ms. Bell-Cornish brings a unique perspective to occupational and transportation health as a once partner in a family owned auto and transportation company. Her firsthand understanding of fleet operations, driver demands, and transportation safety needs enhances her approach as an FMCSA National Registry Medical Examiner. She is recognized for conducting DOT/CDL physicals with precision, consistency, and clear communication, ensuring compliance with all FMCSA medical standards.
At Demand Care Health & Wellness, she also provides a full range of occupational health servicesโ€”including pre-employment screenings, workplace medical evaluations, and employer on-site services throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and parts of Maryland.
